Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will play a vital role in establishing operational excellence within the resort and ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests from day one. This position demands a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.
ROLE
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, service delivery, and guest satisfaction, ensuring adherence to JW Marriott standards
- Collaborate with department heads to create and implement operational strategies that enhance overall efficiency
- Drive a culture of service excellence, inspiring and training staff to exceed guest expectations
- Engage with guests, addressing feedback and ensuring positive experiences throughout their stay
- Support the pre-opening team with operational setups, staff hiring, and training initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
- English language
