NUMO Ierapetra, Curio Collection by Hilton is an adults-only seaside resort showcasing Ierapetra, a lesser-known part of southern Crete, through a modern lens. In a sun-drenched, beachfront location surrounded by evergreen gardens, we are a barefoot luxury resort with earthy design touches and upbeat vibes.
Requirements
- Welcoming visitors by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Taking and executing orders in a professional manner and knowledge of menus and their preparation
- Correct use of PDA
- Ensuring all safety rules by following company policy, quality standards and SOP's
- Responding promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints
- Excellent cooperation with the restaurant/bar team and all hotel departments
Qualifications
- Degree in Tourism School
- At least 2 years of professional experience in 5* hotels or a la carte restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (at an oral level). Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of preparing drinks, coffee, etc. will be considered an asset
- Pleasant, polite and friendly personality oriented towards customer service and satisfaction and effective management of their complaints
- Professional appearance and attitude, with a willingness to develop and grow
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork and cooperation spirit
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to directly understand the needs and wishes of visitors
- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations
