Role Functions
- Oversee all aspects of the spa operations, including staff management, service delivery, and financial performance
- Develop and implement innovative spa treatment menus and wellness programs tailored to the target audience
- Ensure that the spa meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Drive the spa's revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and exceptional guest experiences
- Train and mentor spa staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Overall responsibility for handling complaints and full satisfaction
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or similar
Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
