Role Functions
- Ensure that menus/beverage lists are clean and in good order
- Keep the service stands clear and clean at all times
- Take guest beverage order
- Prepare drinks and offers to guest or assigns task to bar waiter during rush hour
- Assist as required with the actual service of food & beverage
- Check the cleanliness of the back area and stores
- Responsible for the setting up and preparation of his station
- Responsible for ensure the maintenance of all equipment with the security
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Previous experience in 5* hospitality/high end restaurants
- Very good knowledge of the English language (additional language will be considered as a plus)
- Organizational and communication skills
- Professionalism, responsibility
