Canaves Collection is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Catamaran Hostess to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional service to our guests as they explore the stunning waters of Santorini. As a Catamaran Hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a luxurious and unforgettable experience for our guests aboard our beautiful catamarans.

Your main responsibility as a Catamaran Hostess will be to cater to our guests' needs during their sailing excursions, ensuring that they enjoy not only the beautiful scenery but also the finest service. This role includes assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized boat, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests aboard the catamaran and provide a safety briefing prior to departure
- Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring a premium dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catamaran during the trip
- Engage with guests, providing information about the sights and enhancing their overall experience
- Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with communication between the captain and guests to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold the standards of hygiene and quality of service consistent with Canaves Collection's reputation
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, sailing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and composed
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Must be physically fit and able to lift items as needed
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A valid driver's license or sailing certification may be a plus
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset
