Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat while working remotely
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, orders, and brand history
- Swiftly address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring an exceptional experience
- Offer tailored recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and client feedback
- Collaborate with your team to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Capability to maintain poise and professionalism in dynamic situations
- Genuine interest and knowledge in luxury jewelry and fashion are advantageous
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software is preferred
