Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care
- Guide passengers through the airline's policies and procedures to ensure clarity
- Provide accurate information about flights, baggage, and services offered by the airline
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or aviation industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
- Knowledge of airline operations and international travel procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software
