Your Role
- Warmly greet guests and craft exquisite beverages that tantalize their taste buds
- Utilize your flair for mixology to whip up signature cocktails and recommend pairings that enhance their dining experience
- Maintain an immaculate, inviting bar area that reflects the luxury of Canaves Collection
- Interact with guests, sharing your expertise, and ensuring they have a fantastic time
- Stay ahead of trends in the beverage industry to keep our menu fresh and exciting
- Work collaboratively with our talented team to ensure impeccable service standards
Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Bringing at least 2 years of experience in a high-end hospitality setting, ideally in hotels or fine dining
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is definitely a plus!
- Knowledgeable about spirits and mixology—bonus points if you've got a few signature cocktails up your sleeve!
- Enthusiastic, attentive to detail, and committed to providing impeccable service
- Good at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
