Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with their banking inquiries and concerns effectively
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Educate customers regarding banking products and services tailored to their needs
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer care
- Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in banking, is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with banking products and services is advantageous
