Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with inquiries and product-related issues
- Efficiently resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance on product usage, setup, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as part of a diverse team
- Interest in high-end products and customer service excellence is a significant advantage
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software
