Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, bookings, and modifications
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
- Provide clear information on available services and guide customers through processes
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and service improvement
- Collaborate with your team to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Interest in the transportation industry is a plus
- Proficiency with customer service software is desirable
