Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through diverse communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with their banking inquiries and concerns effectively
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Educate customers about banking products and services tailored to their needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer care
- Stay informed about banking regulations, services, and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian) is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the banking sector, is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage
