Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat from the comfort of your home
- Assist customers with questions regarding transportation services, including bookings and itinerary changes
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Educate customers on available services and offer personalized options
- Document interactions and ensure accurate data entry for service improvements
- Work closely with the team to maintain service quality and enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the travel or transportation industry, is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
