Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier IT support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Effectively troubleshoot and address a variety of technical issues, ranging from software to hardware
- Assist customers with the setup, installation, and configuration of products
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and facilitate resolutions
- Collaborate closely with team members to improve service processes and solutions
- Provide feedback on customer experiences to enhance service delivery continuously
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Capable of resolving problems effectively under pressure
- Technical knowledge related to IT systems, software, and customer service practices
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses covered by the company
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
