Responsibilities

Engage with clients in Nordic markets to identify their logistics requirements
Drive new business initiatives and pursue sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction
Provide tailored logistics solutions and ensure client needs are met effectively
Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and support
Monitor market trends and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape

Requirements

Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) plus English is required
Previous sales experience, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency with CRM systems and online communication tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
