Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat while working remotely
- Assist clients with inquiries related to jewellery products, orders, and brand information
- Swiftly and professionally resolve customer complaints and issues
- Offer tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Interest in luxury jewellery and fashion is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in customer relationship management systems is preferred
