Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with their banking inquiries and concerns
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Provide information on banking products, services, and features
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM platform
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer care
- Stay informed on banking regulations and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the banking sector, is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with banking products and services is preferred
