Job Description
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Onsite content Coordinator.
In this role, you will esponsible for managing and publishing content across all marketing departments, ensuring that promotions, banners, and other materials are accurately uploaded and displayed within our content management system (CMS). Your work will be essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of our digital presence across various platforms.
You will work closely with various marketing teams, including CRM, SEO, and promotional teams, to ensure that all content is aligned with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of CMS tools and the ability to make minor edits to content as needed to ensure it meets our standards.
Responsibilities
- Upload and publish various types of content, including promotions, banners, and CRM materials, across our digital platforms using the CMS.
- Make minor edits to content as necessary to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure content is up-to-date and accurately reflects current promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of published content, making adjustments where necessary to optimize engagement and user experience.
- Ensure that all content is fully compliant with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience within the iGaming industry for at least 1 year
- Proven experience in content management or digital marketing, preferably within a marketing or retail environment.
- Strong familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- Highly organized with a meticulous approach to content management.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to content publishing.
