Job Description
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
- Develop and maintain visual brand standards across digital platforms
- Apply principles of color theory to create visually appealing and harmonious designs
- Select and pair appropriate typefaces to enhance readability and visual appeal
- Create and manipulate visual elements such as icons, illustrations, and images
- Optimize web designs for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with the web development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the projects direction, visuals, and experience
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Your Profile
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer of 2+ years
- Strong skills with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Expertise in color theory and its application in digital design
- Strong typography skills, including knowledge of font pairing and hierarchy
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Understanding of basic design principles such as composition, balance, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A portfolio of web design projects demonstrating your skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in a creative agency environment
- Experience working using Agile methodologies and software (Jira)
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
