InterNapa College is excited to announce several faculty opportunities across multiple departments. We are seeking passionate educators for the following positions:
1) MBA Program (Full/Part-time)
INC is looking for candidates holding a doctorate degree for research and teaching roles in the MBA program, preferably in one of the following specializations:
- Economics / Accounting & Finance
- Marketing Management
- Human Resource Management (HRM) / Organizational Behavior (OB)
- Operations Management / E-Business
- Strategic Management
Requirements:Â A strong commitment to research, quality teaching, and student engagement is essential.
2) English Language Instructor (Part-time)
Applications are invited for a part-time position as an English Language Instructor within the School of Hospitality Management.
Requirements: A master’s degree and a proven track record in teaching.
3) Hospitality/Tourism/Culinary Arts and Business Administration (Full/Part-time)
Positions are available for faculty members in the School of Hospitality Management in the following areas:
- Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Culinary Arts
- Business Administration
Requirements: A doctoral degree or a master’s degree for Culinary Arts, along with demonstrated experience in teaching and research.
