We are actively looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Officer to provide essential support to our Talent department. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain precise personnel records, manage HR documents effectively and update internal databases with accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Maintain and update physical and digital employee records
- Update internal HR systems and databases on leaves, performance, learnings, new employee information etc.
- Prepare documents such as employee agreements, confirmation of employments etc.
- Prepare reports and presentations as per team needs
- Assist in recruitment needs
- Create job descriptions and advertise roles
- Pre screen and schedule interviews
- Assist HR team on HR related projects
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or related field
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Natural thirst for learning and development
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Cyprus employment law
Ideally, you will also have:
- Previous experience in a similar role of up to 1 year
- Familiarity with HRIS systems specifically with SAP Success Factors modules
