We are working with a prominent investment firm in the Forex and CFD trading sector, and we're seeking a dynamic Japanese-speaking Support Specialist for their Limassol office.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Setup: Assist clients in opening new trading accounts and maintaining their profiles.
- Client Relations: Manage client inquiries via emails and welcome calls, ensuring all clients feel valued and supported.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain ongoing contact with existing clients, fostering high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Platform Assistance: Provide clients with information and guidance regarding platforms and services, particularly Meta Trader platforms.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and handle back-office queries related to trading activities.
- Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Cross-Department Liaison: Coordinate with various internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Market Development: Suggest ideas to grow the market and coordinate with marketing for seminars, expos, and campaign translations.
- Customer Education: Educate clients on platform usage and trading services to enhance their experience.
- Dynamic Team Environment: Work within a multicultural team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Education: College/University degree (Economics/Finance preferred but not mandatory).
- Languages: Professionally fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- Forex Experience: Prior experience in the forex industry is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, MS Office applications, and trading platforms (Meta Trader preferred).
- Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willing to work rotating shifts 24/7, including mornings, afternoons, and nights (40 hours/week with 2 days off).
