Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate development company based in Limassol, Cyprus. They are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
With over 30 million euros in available real estate opportunities, they are set on expansion and looking for a key player to help propel their brand forward. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth as we continue to make significant strides in the real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Organise, attend and lead viewings through estate agents, affiliates and other networks for the sale of company’s real estate properties, with an average of 12-15 client meetings per week.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Initiate and lead negotiations, close deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, revenue growth, or a related role, specifically in the real estate industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrable proven track record in negotiations & sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian is a significant advantage.
