Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Oversee food preparation areas, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.
- Assist in planning menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and refine existing ones.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Cook A or senior role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
- Leadership qualities, with a passion for coaching and team development.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and presentation.
