Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails
- Handling general administrative duties
- Coordinating office activities and supporting the wider team
- Assisting with customer inquiries and applications
- Scheduling and organizing appointments
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies will be considered a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
