Your Role:
- Assist in monitoring client trading activity, market exposure, and risk levels.
- Support trade execution and order management on various trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
- Help ensure pricing, execution, and trade reconciliation processes run smoothly.
- Assist in managing liquidity provider relationships and price feeds.
- Conduct basic risk analysis and report any unusual trading patterns or system anomalies to senior dealers.
- Learn and assist in implementing risk management strategies, including hedging where necessary.
- Help configure and update trading platform settings under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to trade execution and reporting.
- Assist in preparing reports on trading performance, risk exposure, and trade flow analysis.
- Provide support to senior dealers and participate in training sessions to develop technical and analytical skills.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a dealing/trading role within a Forex brokerage.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and risk management principles.
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under supervision.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work shifts
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
