Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Kitchen Cleaner for the Amyth of Nicosia Hotel.

Job Role

Ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational at all times according to the standard operating procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure the food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
Washes utensils and dishes and ensures they are stored appropriately
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
Follow the Grooming Policy and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
Ensure that a safe and hygienic work environment for all restaurant employees and guests is maintained at all times and report any concerns or faults immediately
Ensure that you carry out your duties in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position at a 5* Hotel would be preferred
Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
