On their behalf, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join their team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, construction detailing, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, proactive, and technically skilled, with a strong ability to assist in drafting architectural plans, preparing permit applications, and supporting site inspections.
Job Responsibilities
- Designing architectural plans and construction details.
- Assisting in the submission of plans for Planning Permission, Building Permits, and Final Approvals.
- Reviewing construction details on active sites for immediate response and adjustments.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- A Master’s degree will be considered an additional advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of 2D & 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design programs).
- Knowledge of REVIT will be considered an additional asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop.
