On behalf of our client in the financial services industry and specifically a regulated and licensed Broker, we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing specialist (hybrid), for Limassol offices.

Job Responsibilities:

· Design and implement digital media campaigns aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.

· Launch and optimize PPC & SEM campaigns for maximum impact.

· Develop and propose new campaigns across various digital channels.

· Empower the company’s voice through social media communication, media buys, influencer initiatives, and campaign strategies.

· Identify new marketing channels, conduct tests, and ensure campaigns meet or exceed established targets.

· Set measurable goals for all campaigns, analyse and present ROI and KPI performance data.

· Own and develop a cohesive digital campaigns strategy across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

· Develop test plans and continuously refine and improve campaign performance.

· Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Job Requirements:

· BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

· AdWords certification is a plus.

· Min. 3 years of related experience in digital marketing or paid search preferably in the financial industry.

· Proven work experience in setting up and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads: Search, Display, Video, App, Remarketing, and Paid Social: Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

· Experience working in analytical, data-driven environments, and extracting audience insights from various tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.)

· Professional knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

· Hands-on experience setting up campaign tracking.
