We are currently seeking to recruit, professional and dynamic individuals for the position of Customer Service Representatives, to be based in the Head Offices of the Group in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Customer support
• Handling merchant / agent enquiries
• Managing incoming / outgoing calls
• Administration and Support
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High School Certificate
• Fluent in English and Greek language, any other language will be considered as an advantage
• Computer office skills, Microsoft Office (intermediate MS Excel & Word)
• Excellent Communication skills and pleasant personality
• Previous experience in call centre operations will be considered an advantage

Working Days & Hours:
Ability to work in rotation - shift hours / Monday to Sunday (09:00 – 21:00)
