Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English (verbal & written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions in the system.
- Support the logistics and sales team when needed.
