Candidate profile:
· Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the luxury automotive sector.
· Strong knowledge of high-end automotive brands and market trends.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English (Greek or additional languages are a plus).
· Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a successful sales team.
· Valid driving license.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of the Cyprus market and luxury clientele is advantageous.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day sales operations within the luxury automotive showroom.
· Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
· Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to post-purchase.
· Organize and attend promotional events, test-drive experiences, and showroom presentations.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute advertising campaigns, online presence, and branding initiatives.
· Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
· Analyze sales data, track performance, and report insights to senior management.
· Represent the company at industry events, both locally and internationally.
