Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to airline passengers in Italian
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel information
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Communicate important flight updates, policies, and procedures clearly to customers
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer service experience
- Stay informed about airline services, promotions, and industry changes to guide customers accurately
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is also required
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer management software is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
