Position: Salesforce Professional | Enterprise Technology & Performance – Nicosia, Cyprus
Our Enterprise Technology & Performance team is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high-calibre professional to join us as Salesforce professional, at the level of Consultant up to Senior Consultant, in our Nicosia Office.

The Role
This role focuses on driving Deloitte's Salesforce practice growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, creating compelling proposals, and developing strategic plans. They will stay updated on industry trends, participate in networking events, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings. While serving clients, the role focuses on gathering requirements, designing tailored solutions, and providing expert guidance and support throughout implementation projects. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Salesforce and a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive growth and success.
In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Deloitte's Salesforce practice
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote Salesforce services
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients showcasing Deloitte's Salesforce capabilities
- Stay informed about Salesforce trends, products, and industry developments to guide business development strategies
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and enhance Deloitte's Salesforce brand
- Assist in developing strategic plans and initiatives to support the growth of Deloitte's Salesforce practice and help achieve business targets
- Serve as a key support contact for clients during Salesforce implementation projects
- Conduct needs assessments and gather detailed business requirements from clients
- Assist in designing and configuring Salesforce solutions tailored to client-specific needs and business processes.
- Assist in advising clients on Salesforce best practices and industry standards
- Develop and deliver project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user guides
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and consultants, to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions
- Assist in client training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Understanding of Salesforce, reporting tools, dashboards, and business processes related to sales and client management
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve issues promptly
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally
Set yourself apart:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified
- 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a focus on configuration, data management, and user support
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service etc
- Previous exposure to consulting or professional services industries
