Job Overview
The Sales Operations Officer will ensure the proper flow of the procedures and will support the operations of the Sales Department and the Account Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with customers’ requests, Vendor Management, preparing and providing quotations and managing the Sales Cycle. The Sales Operations Officer will be responsible for generating reports and maintain up-to-date Sales pipelines and performing on-going effective and courteous communication with the internal Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing sales forecasting and maintaining the pipeline, in coordination with the Sales Director and Managers.
- Performing Partner Management for all major vendors and partners.
- Owning all tasks related to Microsoft Licensing and other Vendor’s licensing programs.
- Managing and administrating important vendor programs (Certifications, Audits, KPIs, etc.).
- Assisting Sales Managers in monitoring sales activities, reporting, vendor activities and other crucial KPIs.
- Assisting Account Managers in vertical targeted campaigns and solution offerings and promotions.
- Offloading Account Managers form back-office work.
- Preparing proposals (sales/ services/ repairs) for clients.
- Managing the administration of Sales Cycle
- Managing the Client Onboarding process of the Company in respect to Compliance and Credit Control.
- Assisting in the organization and management of company events (joint vendor presentations, etc.).
- Maintaining Marketing Material/ presentations in association with the Marketing Department.
- Performing any other relevant duties that may be requested or required by the Management of the Company.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Organization Management, Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Any certifications will be considered as a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years’ experience in a Sales Administration job or equivalent.
- Comfort level with computers and technology in general.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Package (excel, word, ppt).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to build strong trusting relationships with vendors.
- Ability to work well with cross functional Teams.
- Requires a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on teamwork and positive attitude.
- Ability to drive results in fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed.
