The
Spa Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team, maintain the spa's quality standards, and ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service
- Ongoing training to spa team members, ensuring they are up-to-date with treatment techniques and company policies
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels of spa products, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Create and maintain work schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours
- Ensure the spa adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage daily reports, including financial, attendance, and guest feedback
- Promote spa services and packages to increase guest engagement and sales
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of spa operations, including treatments, products, and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, spa management software)
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Language
