SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Acts as Head of Shift and handles all Guest needs efficiently including bookings, Hotel restaurant reservations and other services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receives the handover from the previous shift and checks arrivals and departures of the day. Plans the arrivals and departures of the following day as regards to rooms in accordance with supporting documentation for the bookings and room prices.
2. Assists in Sales Promotion by keeping good relations with Travel Agencies, Clients and Booking Agencies.
3. Assists the Front Office Manager with the production of daily figures of revenue received and occupancy as required.
4. Assists in ensuring that all Hotel bedrooms are let to maximum occupancy as required.
5. Handles, according to procedure, customers’ complaints and report them to the Front Office Manager.
Required Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience
· Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
· Communication skills
· Pleasant personality
· Team Spirit
