SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Assists the Housekeepers and the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring that all public and accommodation areas are cleaned and maintained to the Hotel Standard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in the supervision of the final checking of the arrivals, departures and staying rooms.
2. Ensures that any special instructions for Guests’ rooms have been carried out.
3. Reports any urgent maintenance to the Housekeepers A or to the Executive Housekeeper.
4. Assists in ensuring that all public areas are clean and tidy.
5. Communicates with the Front Office regarding arrivals, late checkouts, etc.
6. Establishes a good working relationship with all the other departments within the Hotel.
7. Reports any discrepancies or complaints to the Executive Housekeeper.
8. Supervises the floors.
Required Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience
· Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
· Communication skills
· Pleasant personality
