SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Prepares and serves drinks, cocktails and beverages correctly and promptly, offering impeccable service to guests. Keeps the places he works clean and tidy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follows the pre-set procedures for operating the Bars correctly.
2. Opens the Bars correctly according to the Hotel’s procedure.
3. Knows all the different drinks, beverages, cocktails and dishes on the Bar menu, as well as their ingredients, and can describe them to Guests if requested.
4. Knows and serves all the different kinds of wine on the Bar menu, their origin and description.
5. Takes orders correctly according to the procedure.
6. Prepares beverages, cocktails and drinks according to the original recipes.
Required Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience
· Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
· Communication skills
· Pleasant personality
· Team Spirit
