What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant degree or qualification; preferably tech and/or business.
- Strong proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong ability to lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking.
- Comfortable using project management tools such as JetBrains (YouTrack), Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Miro.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, platforms and services used in the fintech/gaming industry.
- Experience with integrations of various services, such as payment providers, KYC platforms, affiliate management platforms, and others.

- You have the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure strategic goals are met.
- You have a solution-oriented and proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Drive meetings, workshops, and surveys to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams to continuously improve the Agile delivery process.
- Collaborate with the Head of Casino Products to implement the product roadmap by effectively translating high-level requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of features across all key components of the product.
- Track project progress and resolve any roadblocks or dependencies to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Work with the UX/UI design team to ensure the platform offers intuitive and high-quality user interfaces and experiences.
- Support the QA team in defining test cases and validating system functionalities.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the platform meets business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide updates and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
