We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving performance, and identifying opportunities for growth within the gaming sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with operators, aggregators, platform providers, affiliates and partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client performance metrics such as Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), and player engagement to ensure targets are met.
- Onboarding and Integration: Assist new clients with platform onboarding, game integrations, and compliance with licensing requirements.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue by recommending promotions, new games, or features tailored to client needs.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for clients, resolving issues related to operations, challenges or compliance.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with client marketing teams to develop and launch campaigns, bonuses, or affiliate programs to drive player acquisition and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide detailed reports on client performance, market trends and competitive analysis.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Promote additional services or products within the company's portfolio, such as advanced analytics, new gaming content, or platform upgrades.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and expos to strengthen relationships and network with potential clients.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to guide product improvements and development strategies.
- Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and achieve long-term business objectives.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Account Management or similar roles such as Customer Success Manager (CSM), Client Relationship Manager (CRM), or Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Solid understanding of key gaming metrics, including GGR, NGR, and player engagement, with strong performance analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Monday, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM, and ideally, familiarity with iGaming platforms, payment gateways, blockchain technologies, or B2B services and products.
- Ability to identify and leverage business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Knowledge of onboarding, integration, and compliance processes in the gaming sector.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of generating valuable insights and reports.
- Preference for a motivated, detail-oriented individual, who can manage client follow-ups effectively with accuracy.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and conferences.
