On behalf of our client, an established boutique hotel in Cyprus with old-world charm and a modern flair, we are seeking to hire an experienced F&B Manager to oversee the kitchen, waiter, and bar teams.
This leadership role requires a dynamic and hands-on professional who can manage daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive excellence in food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to build and inspire a young, motivated team.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in an F&B leadership role within a boutique or luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of both front-of-house (service & bar) and back-of-house (kitchen) operations.
- Passion for guest experience, food culture, and creating memorable dining moments.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a young, dynamic team.
- Financial acumen with experience in cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Hands-on, solution-driven approach with a high attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food & beverage operations, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and support the kitchen, restaurant, and bar teams, fostering collaboration between departments.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control in line with industry regulations.
- Work closely with the head chef to optimize menus, control food costs, and maintain consistency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to create a cohesive team.
- Develop and implement efficient service protocols to enhance guest experience.
- Monitor stock levels, supplier relations, and cost management for both food and beverages.
- Oversee event planning and execution for private dining and special hotel occasions.
- Ensure compliance with all local licensing, health, and safety regulations.
