Minthis is seeking to recruit a professional Food and Beverage Manager to join our growing team of people. The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing all F&B operations, forecast plan by managing all F&B orders, staff and finance delivering excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Location: Minthis, Paphos
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, conferences, events, and room service, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to the preparation of the F&B department’s budgets
- Manage F&B operations within budgeted guidelines.
- Monitors food and beverage costs, setting prices and analysing financial performance.
- Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and customer experience.
- Lead and train F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team for menu planning, costing and quality control for the restaurants, bars and special events.
- Report on management regarding sales results
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or boutique hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English. Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
