Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a memorable and tailored shopping experience
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products, services, and the brand's offerings, showcasing comprehensive product knowledge
- Stay updated on current product lines, promotions, and luxury market trends to enhance client interactions
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and continually improve the customer experience
- Address and resolve customer feedback or concerns with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to develop further product knowledge and service excellence
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-level customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on enhancing customer experiences
- A genuine passion for luxury brands and an understanding of luxury consumer behavior
