Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests with precision and care
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for every traveler
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and transactions
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and service offerings to provide accurate information and support
- Achieve and maintain performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response time metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
