Action Global Communications is looking for an experienced leader to take the role of Group Operations Manager, to join our team of high calibre professionals in our head offices in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the CEO, to ensure operational excellence, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and provide strategic support and guidance to the broader leadership team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive operational footprint of strategic processes like client onboarding, contract management, and document management to identify gaps and optimize workflows.
- Creating and updating policies and processes to enhance efficiency and align all departments (locally and internationally) with strategic goals.
- Analyzing productivity data and implementing measures to ensure staffing and performance meet strategic objectives.
- Evaluating the company’s technology infrastructure and monitor industry trends, recommending improvements as needed.
- Championing quality assurance, overseeing client satisfaction surveys, and implementing improvements to enhance client experience.
- Ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company standards while introducing industry best practices.
- Leading and supporting teams, fostering accountability, growth, and cross-market collaboration for a unified approach.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed within the scope of the role.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in process optimization, policy development, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Active listening, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, to foster collaboration and unity within multinational teams.
- Technologically proficient, with strong knowledge of systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency (e.g., ERP, CRM systems).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek languages.
