Job Overview
The Warehouse Assistant will support the receipt, management, and distribution of products handled in the warehouse, including receiving from Vendors and delivering to Clients, mainly in the Nicosia area. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company's warehouse in Yeri Industrial Area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and placing goods in the warehouse according to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Loading/unloading goods.
- Monitoring orders expected from suppliers and updating involved parties.
- Planning deliveries based on product availability and customer requests.
- Timely preparation of shipping documents.
- Timely delivery of orders.
- Assistance and support in periodic stock-takes, conducted four times a year.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school graduate.
- At least two years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Forklift license and experience will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in an IT company’s warehouse will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Navision will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
