Recroo is looking for a skilled and dynamic Head Waiter to join our clients' prestigious restaurant. As the Head Waiter, you will lead the service team, ensuring that all guests receive attentive, personalized, and efficient service. Your experience in high-end dining and your leadership skills will be essential in creating outstanding dining experiences for our clients' esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities
- Lead the waiting staff, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment
- Oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth service flow
- Train and mentor new hires on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer care
- Greet guests upon arrival, presenting menus and providing recommendations as needed
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area per health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of fine dining service techniques and high-end customer service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in menu knowledge and ability to make recommendations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
