Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX, is looking to hire a Head of Business Operations to join our growing team in Limassol.
The Head of Business Operations will oversee daily activities across key organizational functions, including client funding, account opening, and customer support. This role is central to ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness while aligning processes with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include :
- Acting as a liaison between Back Office and Customer Support departments to foster communication and collaboration
- Streamlining workflows between the departments to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
- Work closely with department heads to align departmental activities with overarching business objectives.
- Revise and/or create departmental policies and ensure their successful implementation.
- Identify potential operational gaps or areas for improvement and propose feasible solutions, supported by the establishment of specific KPIs.
- Continuously analyze departmental activities, including payment systems, suspicious transactions, KYC, and AML procedures, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and promote ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and motivate teams to enhance productivity, engagement, and overall performance.
- Manage customer account procedures, including establishment, maintenance, and closures, ensuring a seamless process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on funding, account opening, and customer support activities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for new developments to the Senior Management team.
Person Specification:
Education:
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Business Operations or in a similar role is essential.
- Experience in the forex industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with performance management and training of subordinates.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding delegation abilities to effectively manage team tasks and priorities.
- Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving operational excellence.
