An international iGaming Consultancy is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their Limassol operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management and business development in the iGaming sector. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify potential clients and market segments to expand the customer base. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and generate new business.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Utilise a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions from the portfolio of services.
- Work closely with the technical, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and capabilities. Provide feedback to enhance service offerings and address client needs effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing deals. Ensure all contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Share insights with the team to enhance the company’s market position.
- Monitor sales activities, prepare regular sales forecasts, and provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales / Business Development Manager or in any similar role, in the online gambling industry.
- Team player who knows how to work in a team to bring greater value to the table.
- Connections with owners, c-level individuals and the key players in the online gambling industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the online gambling industry and B2B sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, leads' generation and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a portfolio of clientele and influence clients at all levels of an organisation.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English. Additional Foreign languages – an advantage.
